03 August 2013 dear sir..i startd my articlship 17.2.2012 than taking transfer 15.2.2013 nd nxt join new c.a in aug 13 plz tel me my final atempt date?
Nd wat is pre attempt clouse of icai?

03 August 2013 if you are in continous articleship then only after completing your 2.5 years of articleship you can attempt for ur first ca final attempt.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this, you will be eligible to appear in May 2015 attempt after considering you 5 months of gap between transfer and re joining of article ship.

suppose your articleship completes on 21.08.2016 you can appear for may 2016 attempt
