MY SOME EMPLOYEE HAVE P.P.F ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE NOT READY I TO DEDUCTED FOR E.P.F ACCOUNT HE HAVE ALREADY P.P.F ACCOUNT CONTRIBUTE HIM SO GIVE ME SAGEST-ION WHAT IS ROAL FOR PRINCIPAL EMPLOYER

PPF and EPF Are two different concepts, PPF cannot substitute EPF, PUBLIC PROVIDENT FUND is Voluntary contribution by assassee .So Assassee can contribute any amount within financial year.
EPF is Fund where employer has to contribute applicable as Per EPF Act. This applicable Employer and employee governed by EPF act.
PPF will not substitute to EPF. One can opt EPF and PPF. PPF can be opt in Bank or Post office.
