19 February 2014 can excise department condone the delay in submission of proof of exports (A.R.E 1) in case of romoval of goods to SEZ units

19 February 2014 You can submit the proof of export after 6 month also.

20 February 2014 DELAY CAN BE CONDONE IN CASE OF ACTUAL EXPORT I.E. WITHIN 180 DAYS BUT AS PER NOTIFICATION NO.27/2006 CBSE WE HAVE TO SUBMIT PROOF OF EXPORT WITHIN 45 DAYS.SO WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF NOT FILING OF ARE 1 WITHIN 45 DAYS.
