20 September 2013 What will be the place of provision of service for an air travel ticket agent? Whether rule 4 of POP rules will be applicable to him? Thank you

20 September 2013 Air ticket agent's service is different from that of service provided by the airline. The agent provide service of sourcing and providing air ticket which does not fall under the provision of rule 4(b) of POP.
