20 September 2014 If assessee have TAN No. then is it required to furnish detail of total payment which covers under chapter XVII B even if tax is not required to be deduct as per the provisions.
For example payment to professionals less than 30000
Please suggest

20 September 2014 Total amount of payments needs to be reported under the specific sections including payments on which TDS not required to be deducted like payment below threshold limit. There is another column which says total amount on which TDS required to be deducted i.e., amount excluding the amount which are below threshold limit.
