Its a proprietorship business. Income will be taxable @ Slab Rate for Individuals. ITR4 needs to be filed.

i will show profit @ 8% and fill return under sec 44ad

Turnover 6 lakhs *8%= 48000. If he does't have any other income,No need to file return since his total income is less than basic exemption limit. In case of presumptive taxation you need to file ITR-4S(Sugum).
