only tell me that supoose a men have a Shop of car service .and gross turn over approx 6 lakh.than how he will fill their retuen my means is that with slab rate or other plz

03 May 2012 Its a proprietorship business. Income will be taxable @ Slab Rate for Individuals. ITR4 needs to be filed.

03 May 2012 Turnover 6 lakhs *8%= 48000. If he does't have any other income,No need to file return since his total income is less than basic exemption limit. In case of presumptive taxation you need to file ITR-4S(Sugum).
