i had asked icai for transfer in my 2nd year of articleship period after getting consent letter signed from my ca. now after getting the approval from icai my ca is denying me to take transfer and sign form 109. he is asking me to take leaves for my medical treatment and serve extension later. i dont want to to do that, i want to serve my articleship period nearby my home so that i dont have to serve any extension or delay my final attempt. i dont have any idea, please suggest me something good plz.

Its always better to discuss these type of issues with ur principal mutually. But in case he/ she is denying without any proper reason, then u can report this to ICAI. ICAI will definitely help u regarding the matter.
