I forgot to get my CA final exam form attested by institute member... and sent it without attestation... what to do now??? plz help....

Or still you have time to submit form so immediately you take a another copy of print out(provided assuming you apply for exams through only) and make attestation by CA and send it to the examiner along with a letter of condonation requesting excusing of your previous mistake.
