26 March 2012 I am currently pursuing CA and about to give my 5th PCC attempt in May 2012. I am pretty much sure that dis time too i will not be able to clear coz m losing the grip on those chapters in which i was gr8 at. Also, i am not able to recall the concept of certain topics......m planning to leave CA so kindly suggest me some other career option.

Since CA has the advance level of Finance will i be able to do MBA i mean if i am unable to clear CA-PCC then how will i be able to clear MBA.....

29 March 2012 You see there is no problem with your knowledge. The problem with you is how to present or write in examination so that the examiner can understand the matter properly.
This is because you do not read question paper properly and give the wrong answer. Suppose you are asked to write the answer on What id Budget? If you write the answer that Budget is presented in Parliament every year by the finance minister and he included ............. This is wrong answer. Like wise you have the weakness.

If you give up CA then you have lost several years but if you can manage to get through then what. The other lines are open for you you can join MBA, C.S etc.

29 March 2012 First thing is that.........You are yourself sure that you will not be able to clear exams is what from where problem arises.....(negative thinking).I know its ur 5th Attempt. But every failure has some purpose our effoert should be to learn from them.....

Be positive dont think you will not be cleared.

One thing is that you must be studying with same plan of action, same books, same purpose in all your attempts.

Have your ever analyse where you are lacking means why you are failing. Until u dont analyse yourself.... You cant move forward.

Have you ever read examiner comments provided by ICAI after every exam and tried to analyse what your have written in exam and what examiner expcets.

At this level, I am sure your problem must not be lack of time, non-completion of course.

You have to change your methodology of study and be conceptually very strong to crack exams.

And very important point written by S.S. Agarwal Sir.....you should learn how to present in exams.

First make a concentrate on a particular group. So that atleast you can be sure of it.

I know these words may be hard enough to digest......but only these things can help you...
