04 March 2014 Madhura I will suggest U Books instead of sites, For Direct Tax u can refer V K Singhania (the best 1), and there r many other books of different authors 4 Indirect tax, (better search Google).

And there is no seperate book or site 4 balance sheet. U can solve ur query from google.
