Hello experts
I have to file annual return of a co under company law settlement scheme whose status is in default for FY 2007-08........ now i want to know which date should i take while filing date of signing of Annual return by directors.....
i have the annual return which is prepared earlier and is not signed and also not filed.... but i have signed B/s for that year available......
so i want to know in this case can i take date of signing of B/S by directors as date of signing of annual return by directors ?

Dear Anonymous, Pls note that filing of balance sheet and filing of Annual Return are two different matters. Date of signing of Annual Return is date of AGM and is nowhere concerned with date of signing of balance sheet.

Yhe date of balance sheet should be 1 month prior to yor due date of AGM and the same can be file now
