I have Rs 210000 freight of one particular party,please tell me do i need to send tds return(under which section)Is there any exemption for the same.

13 September 2011 Yes if have the pan zerox copy of that party with you than u need not to deduct TDS please refer section 194C for transport operators(contractors).
