can a partner of a ca firm in practice become the Satutory

EMPANELMENT CAN BE DONE EITHER FROM PARTNERSHIP FIRM OR FROM PROP.FIRM

Proprietory firm as well as partnership firm will be disqualified form empanelment. Therefore, question of SBA,as cited,do not arise.
