02 December 2014 sir i want to quit CA i could do it but iam 9months of articleship served.and my CA never never never agrees to let me quit as per deed of agreement still there is 2.3years left my period so he is saying i will not allow even i requested lot.so i dont want to transfer or anything i have already left office for 3weeks without the consent of principle what action maximum he can take againest me pls help me sir i have nothing did any half work in my office also i had no a ny work pending there.my some unavoidable personal and family reasons i have no i should leave the course iam waiting for ur reply

02 December 2014 This action might spoil your career. Be professional don't behave like stupid. I had also made mistake as you, that why I struggling for more than 2 year to get from this mess. But on that time no one was with me guide me what is correct.

As you mentioned that you are on leave without taking any permission from your principle and its seems that you lack of professional behavior, it might be possible that your CA has informed the same to Institute. In that case even completing articleship under any CA Institute will never allow to you to become chartered accountant at all.

If you wants to quite CA, quite from today.
But in other case be careful
