17 July 2015 Please tell me what book may i read for AUDITING. I am totally confused. Still i reading study material but it is very deep and not completely retainable. So please help me. I also tried to read books of PANKAJ GARG and SURBHI BANSAL but it does not complete all content of syllabus. So please help me

20 July 2015 Use of Right reference Book: One of frequently asked question about preparation of Audit is which book to refer for preparation of Audit paper. Lots of options are available in this regard which are listed below:

a. For CA Final Advance Auditing & Professional Ethics you may refer Surbhi Bansal or Prakhar Sharma or Paduka or V.K Agrawal. However my personal choice would be the book of Surbhi Bansal.
b. For CA IPCC Auditing you may refer Surbhi Bansal or Paduka or V.K Agrawal. Again my personal choice would be Surbhi Bansal.

Marks in Audit and Law subjects are very low nowadays. As per my understanding the reason behind this is not low marking. The main reason behind this is lack of concentration in theory paper along with poor presentation and writing skills.

Kindly appreciate Exam pattern is now practical Question based and not flat Question based so presentation and writing skills becomes very important.

For improved presentation and writing skills I would suggest you to refer answer presented in ICAI suggested answers. Careful observation of ICAI suggested answers is very important. Along with good study focus and observation is also very important to succeed in professional examinations.
