in my intimation disallow depreciation expenditure and occur tax liability of Rs. 1340/-
what action take against this ?
kya rectification apply karne se pahle demand liability ka payment karna hoga in case date of order is 23.02.2011 and intimation receipt on 16.03.2011 .
if yes to kab tak payment karna hoga.
please suggest procedure to take action .
