Hello experts,
one of my friends has been warned by institute against ufm case....however he is not debard from giving exams and neither suspended for giving any future exams.
Know can he become ca if he appears in his next attempt. what are his (my friend) future career prospects.

Unfair means sir...as my frd result was withheld due to this however on investigation conducted by authorities they just warned my frd for future exams...and released his marksheet, nw should he give papers as he is in ca final.
Will he be able to become ca???

i think there wil b no issues in future if he is only warned... so u cna go ahead without any fear

Sir...if a student is debard from giving papers for an attempt or so even then also can he give his exams on expiry of such restriction and become ca? ??

yes if in debaring letter its mentioned that debared for one attempt or anything like that in which not restricated to attempt in future

Sir... does this negitive qualification work as a curse on student future as a ca and while taking any job does these things are enquired or become hinderance..

oks sir.... these r the order lines" it was observed that u (my frd) was found copying/misbehaving in the class.
A serious view has been taken by authories and u r hereby warned that any repetition of such act in future would seriously dealt with ".. encl copy of marks sheet..

yes in mah view he had ful chance to give paper and became CA
the only condition is he must not do all this again ever
