PLEASE SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS
I AM A JOB WORKER IN DELHI AND MY FACTORY IS ALSO IN DELHI FROM WHERE I GIVE JOB WORK SERIVCE (KNITTING SERVICE ) TO MY CLIENT IN NOIDA WHICH TAX SHOULD I CHARGE IN MY GST INVOICE CGST + SCGT OR IGST

You should charge IGST.

but for services the place of supply is where the services are performed
in my case the the place where services are performed is delhi then how is pos is noida

If service recipient and service provider in India, when such service provided to a registered person, place of supply is of such registered person.

but in respect of an immovable property pos is where property situated supposed that I go in a hotel Rajasthan and I am a registered person in Delhi he will issue me a bill of cgst and sgst not igst and I can not claim that sgst , last time I got my car serviced in fardabad and gave him my gstin of Delhi but he charged cgst and sgst not igst because service is performed at his property please check

Yes, for such services, you cannot claim ITC, as per my opinion.
