09 February 2019 We are in UP dealer & having a car with up no. problem is that we repair car from delhi showroom and service provider give two invoice. One for Goods & other for service . he charge IGST on service bill but goods invoice charge CGST & SGST.

Service provider told that place of supply is delhi for goods, so he will charge CGST & SGST. Is service provider correct.
