02 March 2021 Co is registered in Delhi. It has a property in Noida and Directors are residing there. AMC of EPABX is done at Noida.
The service provider charged CGST+SGST ...is it correct?Bill is in the name of company.
Co is eligible for input credit?

02 March 2021 yes igst needs to be charged...Directors are using it for residential purpose even then it is available?
What should be action on our part if vendor is charging wrong gst i.e. cgst+sgst?
