30 May 2010 If change is made in Factory Location then balance in PLA ledger get lapsed??

No, PLA balance will not lapsed, it will get transfer under Rule 10 of Cenvat credit Rules, 2004, as a Transfer of Cenvat credit, to the satisfaction of A.C. or D.C.of C.Excise,

09 June 2010 Your co will nransfer or shifted from one range to another range PLA balance will not lapsed. Before you shifetd the co you should get new regestration and submit old co ER-1 and give request letter to supredent for Transfer PLA Balance.
