Dear Expert
Please let me know how to withdraw the PF and what kind of documents / forms to be submit to the employer.

3 Forms i.e, Form 10C, Form 19 and Form 15G/H (as applicable) need to be submit by you to your employer. It need signature of ur employer and u both. Also require to submit break no break certificate by your employer. KYC of ur's(self attested) will b needed along with a cancell cheque.
