Please solve my query:
An employee present for 28 days out of 31 days in March 2014. Now, PF is to be calcualted for 31 days or 28 days?
What all to be included while considering PF salary?

PF need to calculate actual earned salary. if you pay 28 days salary then deduct on that salary only
