Dear Sir,
i am working with an organisation where we have more than 20 employees. All are having basic pay more than 6500/-.
whether registration required?
in case employees are not willing to deduct PF, After registration deduction of PF deduction is compulsory???

No regn is required. & If employee is not willing to deduct PF it s not mandatory if Basic + DA is more than Rs. 6500/-
