If a person claming house rent rebate in income tax can he also claim home loan interest rebate if he residing in delhi.

If such person staying other place other than the place where his own house situated and his staying at other place must and should for his job purpose then he can claim both HRA and Interest on Housing Loan. So eligibility may differ and depended on facts of the case so first tell me some details as required below.
1) At which place assessee living and at which place he has own house
2) Is his staying at rented house for the purpose of job
3) Is the own house is let out or occupied by his family
4) when he taken home loan i.e is it newly taken home loan and purchased or constructed during the current year etc....
