I wish to do personal return file for the AY 2012-13, which form i will use and what is procedure to do the same?

14 December 2011 Are you asking to file your ITR for AY 2012-13 (means FY of 2011-12), which is undergoing. Also please clarify your nature of income.

14 December 2011 If you have income by way of Salary and Otther Source than ITR 1 and in case you have income from Business also Than ITR 4

14 December 2011 But you can not file it right now. you can file it after 31st March 2012 only.

15 December 2011 Upload the Xml file take the print out of acknowledgement sign it and send it to CPC banglore, If you are using digital signature for return filling than no need to sent ITR-V to banglore.

I Suggest take Experts help for filling
