Dear Sir,
There are fixed monthly rates of perquisites are given for car perquisite. Please advise whether these rates are flat, minimum or maximum? If amount of perquisites received by employee is more or less than these rates what will be the case?

These are the fixed rate. You cannot calculate value of perquisite employee to employee.
