What is the Treatment Of Interest On Loan at concessional rate, Which Is Accrued & Due? is it Considered For Perquisite Valuation, Inspite Of Fact That it is Not yet Received From Employee???

If it is received from employee it may not treat as perquisite if the interest rate is equal to SBI lending rate.
If not received or received less than SBI lending rate the the total amount or difference amount will be treated as perquisite

But Rule 3(7)(i) Says That Actual Interest Paid by Employee is considered.... Here in Our case, Interest is not yet Paid by Employee.. So is it correct that we can take interest accrued on loan & calculate the Peruisites??
