Period of rejoin of articleship

03 August 2013 Sir,I have completed my articleship for the 2months and terminate by filling the Form109.I have also received the confirmaton from the Institute regarding my termination.Now I want to join my articleship in another firm after1year.So Is that possible?OR Is there any time period to join the other articleship?

03 August 2013 There is no time period defined for re joining of article ship.

You can join as and when you decide to join. But try to re join your article ship to complete article ship in time.

03 August 2013 NO TIME PERIOD PRESCIBED FOR RE-REGISTRATION YOUR ARTICLESHIP PERIOD WILL BE EXTENDED TO PERIOD OF DELAY

BUT I SUGGEST YOU TO TAKE SOME SUGGESTION REGARDING THIS FROM NEARESNT ICAI CHAPTER OFFICE SO THAT YOU CAN GET RELIABLE SUGGESTION AS YOU ARE TELLING THAT YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE 1 YEAR LEAVE
