Hello Everyone
Is there any rule that u hve to serve the period of extension from the same principal
and if no then plz provide me with the regulation no. or something proof regarding it
and what if my principal is not ready to sign Form 108 due to problem of serving extension from other Firm
Its Urgent !!!!

No there is no rule as such. But just for completing your extension period it is not advisable to take transfer from your existing firm.
As per my suggestion you should finish your balance training from the existing firm.

But i hve read and consulted the same with ICAI representative but my principal is not ready to give me leave and is askin for proof regarding it
