August GSTR 3 B not file till date so how mach penlty of not file
18 October 2017
Filing date is 20th September...
from 21st September to 18th October (29 days)....
CGST Rs. 2900 & SGST Rs 2900....
It's late fee not penalty...

Its not waived off.....
As per what i work i conclude that.....
If no return filed till date then penalty is from 200/- per day from 20 Sept to date of filing.
If you submit & filed on same day any time then no penalty.
If submitted by you & not filed by you then 200/- per day from date of submission to date of filing.
