One of my clients is having pending cases with service tax department. Now he wants to get registered in Gst. What is his present status? How to close the pending service tax cases if litigation is pending in the court.

Because there is litigational issues that doesnt prevent one from moving to GST Regime as it is mandatory to move from old regime to new regime .Litigational issues are prevelant in many organisations and has to be closed ultimately
