04 June 2012 i have recived a order of penalty u/s 272a(2)(k) rs 36500 how i can appeals aganist the orders what is the fee to appeals

05 June 2012 Law is simple, u can file an appeal to CIT (appeals)or directly move High Court if u think CIT appeals will end in hostility, under article 226 for the stay.
of course i do not know full details of yr case. my suggestion is that u have to properly plead that u are not liable, that is important, may be ur CA or tax advocate correctly draft the pleadings, yes you have to spend some money as there is no free lunch please!
