Penalty u/s 271(1)(c)

02 April 2012 ITO has issued order impossing penalty u/s 271(1)(c)on 28/3/2012 due to non compliance on 17/01/12 & 7/2/12.But I replied against the notice on 19/03/2012.Pls suggest how could I proceed in this case.

03 April 2012 PENALTIES CAN BE IMPOSED U/S 271(1)(C) for concealment of income or furnishing unaccurate particulars only and not for non compilance of any notice, kindly plead to appeal u/s 246 for reply filed at later date to be considered and then get the order to be set aside .
