Last year i change my principal place of my business....but i forgot to change the addresss in sevice tax...Is there is any penalty?

No penalty for the address change, you need to amend the registration certificate through st-1 online access in www.aces.gov.in

whether i have to physically submitted the copy of ST -1 in service tax department?

yes. need to submit the ST-1 hard copy to department with the documents
