Penalty for non-submission of ER-4, ER-5, ER-6 and ER-7

Sir,
Up to today I have not submitted any ER-4 to ER-7 with the department and the department has not issued any show cause notice to me. What I should do in this case.
What will be the penalty in this case.

Dears,
It is good that you have not recd any SCN. But,during EA-2000 Audit, you will be asked to furnish these Retuns. So, prepare the Return and submit to Range with kind condolation delay letter to aviod from SCN/ legal consequnces and follow strictly the same.Non following up the compliance against the permission recd. for duty free procurement for which ER-5 is required may get withdrawn.etc.
