i need to knw the penalty for late filing of e-forms?????
is there any proper site or list which can guide me to file my e-forms on date and if late accordingly i should minimise my late fee penalties?????

01 October 2011 Additional fee as per section 611(2) depends on the date of the event, date of filing and authorized capital of the company. Additional fee can be calculated using the facility in
