sir ,,if i dont pay ser tax then what will be legal actions taken against me...

On one hand, non paying the Govt dues may attract penaulty, rigourous punishment... and on the other hand... nothing will happen...your non payment may go unnoticed. Choice is yours whether to sart your business on a WRONG footing or not.
