22 April 2014 vat registration is not done because of turnover not exceeds the limit, but supplier has collected vat output. please help me wat can we do that vat output amount

22 April 2014 its not the right thing which is done by dealer.

without registration no one can collect output vat.

23 April 2014 it is not legaly to collect the vat from buyer.
if he are doing pls stop due to ifyou bill check by vat authority then they make survey and make seal from factory/shop premises.
