i m candidate of pe II. my. reg. is expired on nov 2007. but i want to appear in may 2008 exam.

I have submmit the Form for may pe II exm. Can i creat an user id in ICAI.org.
when i try to creat id it shows My regestration no. is not Valid. what should i do to creat a id in institute's website. Plz help me.
