I want 2 no whether i can appear 4 pe 2 may 09 exam coz i have exhausted all my 5 attempts also will rechecking help me pass my audit paper i am 9 marks short of 150

Yes you can appear for PE2 May 09. Limitation of attempt has been lifted. Regarding re verification you have nothing to lose except RS 100/- fees as if you are lucky then your results may change to your favour, Else the damage will not exceed more than what has happened, so only thing you lose is reverification fees.
