Pcc why paper postponed

In one exam center this question paper was opened instead of some other question paper for that day. Due to leakage of question paper exam postponed and new question paper sent to all exam centers.

At Salem, inadvertantly a wrong packet bag was opened by the cocerned official. So as per the rules of ICAI, the examination got postponed....
