09 February 2008 hi sir DESHRATH MAHESHWARI ONE OF MY FRIEND HAS PASSED CPT IN AUGUST 2007 N HE ALSO GOT PASS CERTIFICATE BUT HE HAS FAILED 10+2 IN MARCH 2007 CAN HE REGISTER FOR PCC AFTER PASSING 10+2 IN MARCH 2008? PLS ANS SIR.
