My client is a pvt ltd co. paying remuneration to the DIRECTORS of the company. The directors are executive directors of the comapny.
whether service tax under reverse charge be applicable to my client ?

If there is employee employer relation between Director and the Company, no Service Tax payable. If Directors are not employee of the Company, service tax is payable
