sir
we r registered under service tax but now our turnover is below 10 lacs ... say 800000 .. is it necessary dat we have to pay service tax .. we have not collected service tax from clients & we filed nil returns ..

No need to pay service tax if your turnover during the previous year and current year is less than 10 lacs.
