Can someone guide me as to by when I would have to pay the LTCG tax accrued if I were to sell my flat in Apr/May 2011 since the filing of this Fy return is by 31 Jul 2012.Thank you.

self assessment tax will be paid only after march 2012, if you are selling your asset, then you may come to know of capital gain amount, and according u will have to advance tax installment due in the month of sept 11
