As a manufecturer, if i supply the finished goods for export under bond and goods damaged after removal of goods from factory premises but before export
In this case will i have to pay the excise duty?

If goods has been despatched under bond, certificate ( proof of export ) has to be submmited within 6 months.
Excise duty will be payble in case export is not completed by any reasons.

Get is back to the factory and reprocess the same. Remove on payment of duty domestically or without for exports.
