payment of duty if export goods damaged

13 October 2010 As a manufecturer, if i supply the finished goods for export under bond and goods damaged after removal of goods from factory premises but before export

In this case will i have to pay the excise duty?

13 October 2010 If goods has been despatched under bond, certificate ( proof of export ) has to be submmited within 6 months.

Excise duty will be payble in case export is not completed by any reasons.
