18 September 2009 Is there any provision related to an established where he wants to pay bonus to those employees which are earning more than 10000/- basic salary per month in any financial year. or what about thouse employees who are earning less than 10 thousand for five months and more than 10000 for the remaining period

05 October 2009 bonus payable 8.33% of basic OR Rs.3500 It is mandatory as per bonus act.
Also maximum limit of bonus 20% of basic salary you can calculate bonus total basic drawn salary in a year.
