i have imported goods from Germany. The German co have securitised the debt to an US firm. Now can i make a payment to firm in US directly or i have to make payment to the German firm.. Also refer the source for my query answer

If you have received the letter from the concerned company stating the transfer of RIGHTS, then you can make the payment to US company.
