Payment by indian subsidary to it's holding company in uk

14 May 2013 I would like to know the best way to send funds to UK holding company so that the amount of tax payable in India is less. The amount payable is for fee for certification charges(It's Educational Service oriented Company). Please suggest me to reduce the tax amonut
